Diana Gillespie Moldas, President
Diana Gillespie Moldas has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years in a management/agency owner position. Her extensive experience in sourcing excellence in employee selection has paved the road to successfully oversee an agency focused on the highest quality of customer service, industry expertise and long term relationships with our broker partners, clients and policy holders.
Diana has been the recipient of numerous industry awards over the years. She is a longtime member of the National Association of Health Underwriters where she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Western Reserve Association of Health Underwriters(WRAHU) chapter. She has also served as the Awards Chair for the past 2 years for the Chapter. As an active member of the South Summit Chamber of Commerce, Youngstown Regional Chamber of Commerce, Salem Community Chamber of Commerce, Shenango Valley Chamber of Commerce and Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce , she has had ample opportunities to serve in the communities in which her clients call home. She is also an active member of the Youngstown Professional Business Woman’s Association.
Daneen Purpura, VP of Enrollment Services
Daneen Purpura is an insurance industry veteran, with over 23 years of experience in the industry. She is licensed in Life and Health insurance, and as VP of Enrollment Services, she oversees the scheduling of all enrollments, monthly reports for clients, and serves as the point person for plan administrators. A genuine knack for client service and account management allows her to develop relationships with her clients. She relishes the opportunity to meet representatives from various companies and earn their trust, their business, and develop long-term relationships.
Prior to her work at Beyond Benefits Group, Daneen worked for HealthStar PPO Network, Emerald Health Network, and The Chandler Group of Companies. She has served as VP of Enrollment Services at Beyond Benefits Group since 2009 and specializes in Voluntary Benefits. Born and raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area, Daneen’s core values include the honesty and integrity she brings to her position everyday.
Carol Jane Riley, Director of Technology Services
Carol Jane Riley has served as Beyond Benefits Group’s Director of Technology Services for five years, and brings both client support experience as well as tech expertise to her role. She manages the development of new client databases, works one on one with clients to ensure that accurate information is in the system, and assists Diana Gillespie Moldas in her duties as President.
Carol was raised in the Youngstown area, and has a background in accounting. She then went on to work for a health insurance broker for eight years. After launching a successful career as an independent agent, she then began working for Beyond Benefits Group. She has been honored with several awards from Colonial Life Insurance, including Rookie Sales Representative of the Year New Accounts for 2011, Rookie Sales Representative of the Year New Accounts Sales Premium for 2011, the Pavestone Foundation Award for 2011, the Atlas Award for 2013, and the Atlas Award for 2014.
Laurel Arnold, Director of Account Management Services
Laurel Arnold is the Director of Account Management Services at Beyond Benefits Group and has been with the company since 2010. She is in direct contact with the company’s many accounts and potential new accounts, speaking with potential clients to discuss how their needs can be best served, listening to their expectations, and eventually verifying information prior to enrollment. Her ability to listen, advocate for her clients in order to meet their needs, and balance account management work with the necessary administrative tasks, makes her a versatile and hands-on account manager.
Originally from the Cleveland area, Laurel is a licensed insurance professional, with current licenses including life, health, property, and casualty. She is an experienced voluntary benefits advisor and account administrator. Prior to working in the insurance industry, she worked in the store planning and construction field, collaborating with several national retail chains to coordinate new stores and remodeling projects.
